Information for dealers and groups

For dealers

With our concept, we are trying to organise an event that will be unique in Austria. The event we are trying to recreate actually took place in this region/location and time and is therefore a true story.
We therefore reserve the right to conduct a rigorous selection process for our traders and storage groups. 


What we would like:
The sales stands should convey a stylish ambience. The stand operators are also part of this ambience and should therefore wear attractive clothing that is appropriate to the theme.

 

What we do not want:
In order to counteract the growing number of fairs with themed settings, we kindly ask you to refrain from applying if:
•    the stall is made of visible plastic or nylon,
•    the same applies if the entire stall is wrapped in jute. 
•    the frame is made of sheet metal tubes or folding components (party tents, folding tents, etc.),
•    wooden frames with carved dragon heads or rune decorations, 
•    sales stands with Viking accessories (drinking horns, rune tablets, etc.)
•    Fairy and elf ears and the matching make-up,

The following applies to all first-time applicants:

Send a meaningful, creative application with pictures (goods, stand, clothing) to
event@siegharcz1431.at and wait for further information. 
Online applications alone will not be processed.

The following applies to veterans:

Have you been with us before with your stand and would like to come back?
Then please fill out the online form.
Arrival times, market times, shower and breakfast times can be found in the market information.

If you have not yet been a dealer with us, please also send us photos of your stand to our email address event@siegharcz1431.at with the subject “Application dealer and your name”.

Application as a dealer

Please fill out the form carefully. We will let you know as soon as possible whether your stand is of interest to us.

For camp groups

Camp groups wishing to participate in the event should have a late medieval theme. The camp should also be designed in this style. Freemen and craftsmen from the period 1400-1499 are welcome. We offer breakfast, clean restrooms, and shower facilities. Please complete the online application form. Please note that we do not pay camp groups.

Application as a camp group

Please fill out the form carefully. We will let you know as soon as possible whether your group can camp with us.
